There are six Quaker buildings available for hire in Ashburton, Exeter, Kingsbridge, Plymouth, Tavistock and Totnes. During the pandemic we regret that these are not always on offer for hire, or have restricted availability.
Please look under "Our Meetings" for information about their locations.

Ashburton | Quaker House, situated in the centre of Ashburton, is ideally suited for letting to groups whose activities are in keeping with Quaker principles. The main space (21 x 24 feet and well lit by beautiful floor length windows) is on the first floor and is served by stairs and a lift. This room provides a tranquil space with views up to the surrounding hills. Yoga and meditation groups find it suits them well but it can also easily accommodate seated meetings or small exhibitions. There are tea and coffee making facilities on this floor. Downstairs is a pleasant lobby area, two toilets (one of them fully accessible) and the Jill Crossman Room (18 x 12 feet) with a fully equipped kitchen with seating and some tables. Larger groups have found that hiring the whole building can suit their needs. For enquiries and bookings, please contact ashburtonquakerlettings@tutamail.com |
